How Much is the Postal Fee?
After you fill in your address at CHECKOUT and press "Continue to payment method" then your express postage charge will be displayed before any payment details needs to be given.
Tracking Information will be emailed to you once the product has been shipped. Detailed Express Post Tracking info will be emailed at various stages in the products delivery.
Shipping Terms, Conditions & Liability
Please enter your shipping address information correctly; please use Capital letters where required. Chinese character addresses are acceptable but please provide the English translation as well. All orders to be processed within approximately one to two BUSINESS days. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday after midday will be processed on the following Monday.
Maximum order weight is 20 kgs. For orders weighing more than 20kgs kindly email us for special shipping rates.
We are not responsible for any import duties or inspection fees in your country. Unfortunately it is becoming more common for Customs to pick parcels randomly for inspection and in some countries this may incur additional fee's or duties that is wholly the customers responsibility.
Also, we cannot be held responsible if the order arrives at your country and the customer refuses the package (for whatever reason) or if your destination country does not allow importation of health supplements for personal use or you refuse to pay any additional costs incurred.
If the parcel is returned to us as undelivered for whatever reason only then we can issue a refund, however shipping costs incurred by us are non-refundable.

As some of our coconut products are in glass bottles (YumYum Coconut Butter, Coconut Vinegar, Virgin Coconut Oil 125 & 150ml) so breakages, while very rare, may occur due to poor handling by couriers. In the event that this occurs, simply take a photo of the damaged parcel on arrival with the specific contents that are damaged and email us and we will replace these products immediately. If you prefer your order to be in only PET or glass bottles only, drop us an email and we can see what we can do for the products you wish to order.
