To provide a more secure, flexible, and efficient shopping experience, Rainforest Herbs has upgraded its Member Rewards system. Rather than applying discounts automatically through account-based membership tiers, member benefits are now accessed using a unique Membership Code.

This new approach strengthens customer account security, supports modern digital commerce practices, and improves the management of promotional campaigns while continuing to reward our loyal customers.

 Membership Codes

Eligible members will receive one of the following Membership Codes:

  • GOLDMEMBER Member Code – 15% OFF
  • PLATINUM Member Code – 20% OFF
  • WHOLESALE Member Code – 30% OFF

The Membership Code must be entered during checkout to activate the applicable member discount.

Combine & Save

Your Membership Code may be combined with eligible Weekly, Monthly, Seasonal, or Special Promotion Codes, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's Terms & Conditions.

The final discounted price will be displayed before payment is completed.

The Membership Code system has been introduced as part of our ongoing efforts to align with evolving national regulations, internationally recognized data protection principles, cybersecurity best practices, and modern e-commerce standards.

Terms of Use

  • Membership Codes are issued by Rainforest Herbs and remain our property.
  • Membership Codes are intended for the registered member only and must not be transferred, shared publicly, sold, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
  • Rainforest Herbs reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Membership Code where misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified.
  • Some products, promotional bundles, clearance items, or special campaigns may be excluded from additional discounts.
  • Promotional Codes remain subject to their own validity period and promotional Terms & Conditions.
  • Rainforest Herbs reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue the Member Rewards Program, Membership Codes, discount percentages, promotional offers, or these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary to comply with operational, commercial, security, or regulatory requirements.

By using a Membership Code, customers acknowledge and accept the current Terms & Conditions of the Rainforest Herbs Member Rewards Program.

  1. GOLD REWARDS: To become a GOLD Member simply purchase more than RM500 worth of products (accumulated over as many orders as you like) and enjoy 15% discount on all future purchases. 
  2. PLATINUM REWARDS: To become a PLATINUM Member simply purchase more than RM1,000 worth of products (accumulated over as many orders as you like) and enjoy 20% discount on all future purchases. 
  3. WHOLESALE REWARDS: The WHOLESALE Member level is achieved when your total purchases are more than RM4,000 (accumulated over as many orders as you like) following which you will enjoy 30% discount on all future purchases. buy 4 additional 5%. This means you get 30% discount if you buy 4 at this level.
  4. Even though the above discounts do not apply to our Bulk Deals & Promotions page (which are already highly discounted) we still give our Members discounts on purchases from that page between 5% to 11% depending on your membership level and quantity purchased.

NOTES:

    • Once you become a Privilege Member, you will be issued a unique Membership Discount Code according to your membership level. Simply enter your Membership Discount Code during checkout to receive your member discount.

      Membership Discount Codes are available only to registered members and cannot be used for purchases made as a guest. If you have previously made purchases using the same email address, your purchase history will continue to be recognised and may be considered when determining your membership eligibility.

      Please ensure that you use the same registered email address for all purchases and enter your Membership Discount Code at checkout to enjoy your membership benefits. Rainforest Herbs reserves the right to verify membership eligibility and update, replace, suspend, or revoke Membership Discount Codes where necessary in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

    • Please note that your total order amount and product order amount is different as the Member Rewards is not paid out for postage fees, only product purchase amounts.
    • This is our current program and if we find a better way to support our loyal customers in the future then it too may change!
    • If you choose to unsubscribe from our mailing list this may also unsubscribe you from our members rewards in our system.
