Refund policy

Asia Botanicals Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority and we accept refunds and exchanges in certain cases as given below for products purchased through the Rainforest Herbs Shop.

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days from your receipt of product. If 15 days have gone by since your receiving your purchase and you have not informed us of any discrepancy, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, we require you to send us detailed images and / or your item must be in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal or bank account again.
Then contact if you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
info@rainforestherbs.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rainforestherbs.com with full information on the issue.

In certain cases we may request you to send your item to: Asia Botanicals Sdn. Bhd. No 28 Jalan Apollo U5/187, Seksyen U5, Bdr. Pinggiran Subang, Shah Alam, Selangor, MY, 40150. In which case you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
