Kacip Fatimah is a herb found growing along rivers in pristine rainforest environments. It has a long history of use in Malaysia for women's health and vitality, in particular after childbirth. It has been found to contain gentle yet effective phytoestrogens and isoflavones that are responsible for its balancing effects on the menstrual cycle and to alleviate menopausal symptoms. It also improves digestion and relieves wind. The plant will also help to improve vaginal tone and to firm the pelvic muscles after childbirth.
Contents: 150 grams of crushed dried Labisia pumila herb (leaf and root).
How to use: Add 1 tablespoon (approx. 5 grams) to 300mls of water and boil for 5 minutes. May be taken once or twice daily.
