How to take:
Add 1 teaspoon (5ml) of Body Hack MCT Oil to your morning bulletproof coffee, smoothies, juices, protein shakes or sprinkle on your favourite food. When adding to coffee try added 1-2 tablespoons of additional healthy fats in the form of Virgin Coconut Oil, Coconut Butter, Coconut Cream, Thick Cream or Grass-fed Butter.

If this happens try using sprinkled on foods rather than on an empty stomach with coffee (caffeine can also increase the laxative effect in some people).
