ReturnsTo be eligible for a return, we require you to send us detailed images and / or your item must be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 15 days from your receipt of product. If 15 days have gone by since your receiving your purchase (as confirmed by our delivery tracking) and you have not informed us of any discrepancy, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)If you are approved for refund then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days. Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days, first check your PayPal or bank account again and then please contact us at: email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace all items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with full information and pictures on the issue.
In certain rare cases (such as when a customer changes their mind about wanting the product within 15 days) then before we issue a refund of exchange we will request you to return your original purchase to us: Asia Botanicals Sdn. In which case you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
